SHIPPING
PennerAsh.com uses United Parcel Service and Federal Express for wine shipments.  Shipping rates depend on number of bottles and location.  Alaska and Hawaii locations require 2nd day air on all orders.  Orders normally ship within 3-5 business days.  Most packages will arrive 5-10 business days after an order has been shipped.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO Military and FPO Military addresses.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Shipments of alcoholic beverages require an adult 21 years of age or older to sign for the delivery.  Penner-Ash Wine Cellars cannot ship alcoholic beverages to the following states:  Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah.

Penner-Ash Wine Cellars reserves the right to restrict shipping to states where weather risks the chance of wine being adversely impacted during ground transportation. We will contact you in the event that your shipment needs to be held.
