Natalie was hired as Penner-Ash’s first employee as the demands of the
business grew beyond friends and family. Taking on the role of Direct
Sales and Hospitality, Natalie brings with her 20 years of experience
and expertise in food and wine.
With
a business degree from Memphis State, a level I Master Sommelier
certificate and experience in management at celebrated establishments
such as Mirbeau Inn and Spa (New York), Martini House (St. Helena),
Mustard’s Grill (Napa Valley) and Ojai Valley Inn, Natalie brings an
elevated level of professionalism and expertise to Penner-Ash. Her
passion for food, wine and hospitality is a testament to her commitment
in providing others with joyful, unpretentious experiences centered
around all things culinary.
Natalie collects cookbooks and
loves sourcing exotic ingredients to complete challenging recipes. She
also enjoys hiking and camping with her two boys ... husband Kurt and
canine Jackson. Natalie’s harvest meals are renown throughout the
Willamette Valley … it’s not uncommon for our peers and friends in the
industry to “conveniently show up at just the right time” to join us
for our daily crush meal during harvest.
